Industry:Location factors:physical(close raw materials, energy supplies, natural routes, site and land)Human and economic(labour force, have capital, near markets, good transport, pleasant to the enviroment). Transnational corporations:Companies which by having factories and offices in several countries is global because operates across national boundaries. They have grown in size and influence,it has advantages(bring work, improve education, provide money, improve energy production...)and disadvantages(local labour poorly paid, profits go overseas, minerals exported...) Multiplayer effect: When the success of one industry leads to the growth of other industries. High-tech industry: Are industries that use high technology and advanced techniques to produce high value goods.Newly industrialised countries:Countries that have undergone rapid and succeful industrialisation since 1980s.Formal employment:Works that provide a regular income.Informal employment:Self employment work that is irregular and has a little or almost no .secure.

This have 2 problems, some resources will run out and enviroment will become more damaged.Nuclear:Little natural resource, nuclear waste is limitated, cleaner than fossil fuels.- Safety risk, health risk, accidental releases of radio active material. Hydro-electricity: Very clean, r ewable, reduce flooding - animal are forced to move, some areas may have been flooded.Wind turbines:Not pollution, renewable, not contributes to global warming - not blow all the time, visual impact, expensive, noisy, danger to bird .Resources can be conserved by recycling, reducing resource comsumption and increasing energy efficient.Fossil fuels:available, efficient - air pollution, damage the enviroment
