i read your magazine last week and i amb writing in reply to monica letter about designer labels it was an interesting letter but disagree with some of her opinions,, one the one hand i agree that we are paying for the name on designer labels but i dont think that it is robbery its true thtat designer clothes are expensive but we can chosse to buy other clothes if we want
in my experience designer clothes are very well made i have bought cheap clothes in the past and the quality is neveer as good

i am writing to complain about an mp3 player i bought from your shoop last week i opened the box on the bus and read the intructions everithinw seemed to be in order and complete however when i got home and had a more careful look i realized that one of the speakers was missing i was very disappointed and have unable to use the mp3 player
i telephoned your shop and spoke to one of your shop assitants he told me to come back and get a new speaker i feel this is unacceptable service i am a very busy person and it is difficult for me to get into town easly during shop opening hours
i would be grateful if you could send me a new speaker immediately by return of post i would also like a writing apology i look forward to heraring from you shortly

i have lso had experience as a waiter in the past i worked at pizza place for six weeks taking orders bringing out food from the kitchen and seving people at tables when necessary i was called in to help in the kitchen where ii helped the cook to make pizzas salads an soups in addition i worked at the pizza bar helping customers choose their pizza and taking pizzas out of special oven
i like working with people and enjoy this kind of work. i also work well under pressure and do not get upset when people around me get angry or excited moreover i feel confident that my past experience would be very valuable in this job i have incuded a letter of recommendation from my former employer
