my advice about to be fit is that everyone should play sports . I believe to be fit is good. I think that to be fit is fundamental to being happy. Why? because when a person makes sport stimulates the body and is happy. Studies have confirmed that playing sports is good for your health. I love the sport, also play handball that is my favorite sport.On the other hand, to do sport consume a lot of time, it's hard, it costs money and you have to rest more. In addition, if you want to be a great athlete you should not smoke or drink alcohol because it is for your health perdjudicial . In conclusion, There are convincing arguments for and against about exercising, but my opinion is to be fit is very good .
