In my opinion there are many reasons why teenagers should do sport. Firstly, doing exercise improves your emotional health.exercices causes your body to release hormones that increase your self-esteem and make you feel positive.Furthermore, doing team sports or going to the gym with friends helps you to meet people and to feel part of a group.In addition, exercise is a good way of relaxing and helps you not to feel stressed.
the second main point is that doing exercise improves your physical health.exercise causes your body to burn calories.this helps you to lose weight and stay healthy.exercise also makes your body stronger.moreover,it makes your body work more efficiently so you have more energy.
my conclusion is that all teenagers sholud regularly do sport
