Ejemplos de Formularios JSP con Java y MySQL

En este documento se presentan cuatro ejemplos completos de aplicaciones web desarrolladas con JSP, Servlets y MySQL, siguiendo el patrón Modelo-Vista-Controlador (MVC). Cada ejemplo incluye un formulario, una clase modelo, un controlador y una vista de confirmación.

1. Registro de Usuario
