Family Resemblances and Connections

My family is very large. On my mother's side, I have eight cousins, and on my father's side, I have nine cousins. Sometimes, I go to the park with them. I have a brother, but he does not look like me; my brother looks like my mother, while I look like my father. I also have a cousin named Alexandra who looks a lot like me; she is eight years old. I am very happy to have such a large and diverse family.

Someone I Admire: My Best Friend Monica

I admire Monica because she is a truly good person. Monica and I are always together; we walk to school and spend our time side by side. Physically, she is tall and thin, with long brown hair. Although she can be a bit bossy at times, she is incredibly friendly and affectionate. She is also my cousin's girlfriend. Monica gets good grades, and we are planning to go to college in Malaga together. She is my best friend, always by my side, and she never leaves me alone.

A Personal Letter to Monica

Dear Mónica,

I am writing because I want to hear from you. It has been a long time since I last saw you, and I really want you to come to town. How is your family doing?

The Secrets to Being Happy

Being a happy person is very important. If you want to achieve happiness, you must be a patient person. People who are happy tend to be more engaging with their family and friends. To be truly happy, you have to do things that you enjoy. You should strive to be a fun person to maintain that happiness. Love also plays a major role in our well-being. While having a little more money can contribute to happiness, I find that I am very happy with good health, love, and the company of my family.

Travel Experiences and Future Plans

I love traveling, especially outside of Spain. A year ago, I went on a boat trip with my school friends and visited many cities in Italy; they were all beautiful. I had a great time and would love to do it again.

This summer, I am going on holiday to Madrid with my brother, my cousin, and my boyfriend. We will travel by plane because I love the experience of flying. We will spend four days there, visiting the city and having a lot of fun.
