Presente Simple y Continuo en Inglés

Presente Simple

Se utiliza para hablar de acciones habituales, rutinas o hechos generales.

Estructura:

• Afirmativa: Sujeto + Verbo en presente + Complementos. (Con "she", "he", "it", el verbo termina en "s".)
  • Ejemplo: I play football.
  • Ejemplo: She eats pizza.
  • Ejemplo: We drink orange juice.
• Negativa: Sujeto + don't / doesn't + Verbo en presente + Complementos. (Con "he", "she", "it" se usa doesn't y el verbo no lleva "s".)
  • Ejemplo: I don't play football.
  • Ejemplo: She doesn't eat pizza.
  • Ejemplo: We don't drink orange juice.
• Interrogativa: Do / Does + Sujeto + Verbo en presente + Complementos + ? (Con "he", "she", "it" se usa does y el verbo no lleva "s".)
  • Ejemplo: Do you play football? Yes, I do / No, I don't.

Tipos de Oraciones

La gramática española clasifica las oraciones según la cantidad de verbos en forma personal que contengan y la relación que se establezca entre ellas.

Oraciones Simples

Una oración simple es aquella que contiene un único verbo en forma personal.

Oraciones Compuestas

Una oración compuesta integra dos o más verbos en forma personal. Estas oraciones pueden relacionarse de diversas maneras:

Oraciones Compuestas por Yuxtaposición

Se forman cuando dos o más oraciones independientes se suceden sin nexos, estableciendo una relación de dependencia implícita. Se separan mediante signos de puntuación como la coma (,), el punto y coma (;) o los dos puntos (:).

Tiempos Verbales Futuros en Inglés

Futuro Simple (Will)

• Estructura Afirmativa: I/He/She/It/We/You/They + will + verbo en infinitivo (sin 'to')
• Estructura Negativa: I/He/She/It/We/You/They + won't + verbo en infinitivo (sin 'to')
• Estructura Interrogativa: Will + I/He/She/It/We/You/They + verbo en infinitivo (sin 'to')?

Usos:

• Describir decisiones espontáneas.
  • Ejemplo: I'll come back tomorrow = Volveré mañana.

Futuro Continuo (Future Continuous)

• Estructura Afirmativa: I/He/She/It/We/You/They + will be + gerundio (-ing)
• Estructura Negativa: I/He/She/It/We/You/They + won't be + gerundio (-ing)
• Estructura Interrogativa: Will + I/He/She/It/We/You/They + be + gerundio (-ing)?
