The mystery of the blue mines

When Steve hears that his friend Andy has been found dead in Arralooma, he immediately goes there. He comes into a pub where he sees a young Aboriginal, Eddie, being hit. Later he finds out that Eddie is the son of the Aboriginal who found Andy. In Arralooma several strange things happen with Steve. He finds a snake in his bed . Steve befriends Jim , who works in the Blue Mines. Jim makes Steve an offer. He will take Steve to the Blue Mines and show him a secret entrance to the mine. There Steve discovers that his friend has been killed by nerve gas. He gets scared and is discovered. There follows a shooting from which Jim and Steve are able to escape.  \\\Andy Steve, Eddie, Sheila and father, liza, bowmanis, durall, mr.frank, moornie.\\In my opinion the book is fun because it has chapters of intrigue, where you can sometimes get to be afraid, for example when the shooting in which Jim and Steve are able to escape.
