tipo 0. IF + PRE SIMPLE + PRE SIMPLE ( verdades cientificas) If you heat butter, it melts.   

tipo 1. a) IF+ PRE SIMPLE + FUT SIMPLE If you study hard, you will pass your exams. b) Imperative + or/and + fut simple. (amenazas y sorpresas) Don´t say a word about this, or I will kill you. / Finish your job, and you will have a bonus. c) Imperativo+ if/in case+ present simple. tipo 2. (utilizado en presente o futuro para expresar situaciones hipotéticas, que normalmente son irreales o imposibles) IF+ PAST SIMPLE + CONDICIONAL SIMPLE.  si el 1º verbo  de la oracion es to be, se usa were para todas las personas. If I were rich, I would buy a castle. If I were him, I would go and see a doctor, If elephans had wings, they would be able to fly.

tipo 3.utilizado para expresar situaciones irreales – que nunca sucedieron – en el pasado y, en general, dentro de un contexto de crítica, queja o remordimiento IF + PAST PERFECT + CONDITIONAL PERFECT .If I had known that you were sick, I would have gone to see you. Si hubiese sabido que estabas enfermo, te habría ido a ver.

En algunos casos se pueden construir condicionales sin el if:
* unless: Se puede emplear unless con el significado de "if not" ( si no) .Ej.:Unless you work harder, you will fail your exams. ( a menos que trabajes duro, suspenderás tus exámenes )
* Providing that, as long as: Se puede emplear con el significado de "siempre que". Ej.:Providing that you come back home with your friends, I will let you go to the party . ( Siempre que vuelvas a casa con tus amigos, te dejaré ir a la fiesta )
* In case: significa "en caso que", "por si acaso".Ej.: I´d better buy more sugar in case we decide to make the cake ( Compraré más azucar en caso de que decidamos hacer el pastel )


TRANSFORMAR CONDICIONALES: I felt sleepy because I didn´t  have any coffee. Senti sueño xk no habia tomado cafe. 1 Mirar el  tiempo.. Es pasado.  2 decide q grado d condicional necesitas. 1, 2 o 3. : un acontecimiento pasado q no ocurrio (3º)  3. Pon los verbos en la forma correcta: I wouldn´t have felt; I´d had 4. Escribe la frase completa y comprueba si necesitas hacer algun otro cambio.: any> some/ If I´d had dome coffee I wouldn´t have felt sleepy.  Si hubiera tomado cafe no habria sentido sueño.

as long as, even if, providing that, unless: Debemos poner una coma detras d la oracion  condicional  cuando esta va al principio. Podemos usar as long as, even if, providing that en la frase condicional en vez de if.

Podemos usar as long as o providing that  con el sentido ''Pero solo si''  solemos usarlo  en condicionales d 1º.

se utiliza even if para enfatizar la condicion en el presente, fut o pas.  (ni aunque) I wouldn´t go on a diet even if I was overweight.

wish/ if only + past simple/ continuous/ cuando deseamos q algo fuera diferente en el presente.

If only I had some good trainers: ojala tuviera unas buenas zapatillas.

wish/ if only + had+ past perfect simple cuando nos arrepentimos de algo ocurrido en el pasado. I wish I´d eaten some pasta before the race. If only it hadn´t  been raining.

utilizamos wish / if only + would para kejarnos de algo. If only it would stop raining. I wish you would stop  making excuses.

* ing se utiliza despues d preposiciones, despues de ciertos verbos (admit, advise, avoid, can´t help, can´t imagine, can´t stand, complete, consider, discuss, dislike, don´t mind, enjoy, finish, give up, imagine, keep, mention, mind, miss, practise, recommend, regret, report, resist, risk, suggest.)como sustantivo sobre todo cuando es el sujeto  de una frase.

* inf:  despues d nombres, despues de adjetivos, despues de ciertos verbos( afford, agree, appear, arrange, ask, attempt, beg, choose, dare, decide, demand, deserve, expect, fail, hesitate, hope, intend, learn, manage, mean, offer, prepare, pretend, promise, refuse, seem, threaten, wait, want, wish)

algunos verbos pueden ir cn gerundio, y cn inf. beging, hate, like, love, prefer, start.

forget + inf: olvidar hacer algo en el fut. forget+ geru: olvidar hacer algo q ha pasado.

remember + inf: acordarse d algo en el fut, remeber+ ger:  recordar un hecho pas.

stop + inf: parar para hacer algo. stop + ger: parar una accion.

try+ inf: intentar azer algo y normalmente no conseguirlo. try + geru:  probar algo.
