Hi Luis,

How are you doing? Thanks for your email. It's great to hear from you again.

Well, I wanted to tell you that I've just arrived from my summer camp and it was awesome. I spent almost 3 months in New Jersey, and life there is very different from California. I've been very busy since I came back, since I've been away a lot and had things to do, so I did not contact you before. I really enjoyed it. I met new people there. The weather was not the best, nothing like the weather of Almería, but anyway I had a lot of fun.

Why don't we go there next year? You should talk to your parents about it. I would be very happy if you could accompany me next year. We would spend time together and you could teach me how to play soccer. You're the best at soccer! (Not really) LOL.

I must go now. Say hello to your family.

Take care,
Helena.

Writing:

First of all, I have to say that, obviously, eating a healthy diet is important, since it is not good to be overweight but not too thin. There are people who are obsessed with dieting to lose weight or not get fat; this is also not necessary. The important thing is to eat well, without excess, but still allowing yourself to eat well.

On the other hand, there are also people who do not care about these things and devote themselves to eating everything and in excess. This is not good either, because eating fast food or similar things in small quantities causes no harm, but if you do it continuously, it can cause serious health problems.

In short, the important thing is to eat what you like but within a limit, without going over it, and always taking care of your own health.
