Dear Sandy,
Thank you for reaching out. I’d be happy to assist you with organizing your accommodation in Bern.
I recommend visiting this link: www.berncityscope.ch/accommodation.htm, where you’ll find a list of guest houses and hotels. If you’d prefer, I can help you make a reservation.
I can also recommend Pension Bergland, where my parents stayed and had a very positive experience.
Please let me know if you’d like me to book something for you or if you need any additional information.
Do not hesitate to contact me for further assistance.
Looking forward to seeing you in Bern.
Best regards,
Johannes

Dear Mr. Martinez,
I am contacting you to request an offer for the organisation of a small conference that I will be holding on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September.
In total there would be about 45 people of which 10 would need accommodation. I would also like to hire a buffet lunch for both days. I would also need 3 of your meeting rooms with a capacity between 15 and 20 people each.
I would appreciate receiving information about the availability of your facilities for those dates, as well as an approximate budget for the services mentioned.
We look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your attention.
Yours sincerely,
Sandra Garcia, event organiser, 612 345 678
