Teenagers should do sport because it is good for the body and the mind. Sport helps us stay healthy and strong. It is also good for relaxing and feeling happy. Doing sport is fun. We can play football, basketball, swim, dance or run. There are many sports to choose from. We can do sport at school, at the gym, or in the park. Sport is also a good way to make friends. We can play in a team and meet new people. We can talk, laugh and have fun with others. When we do sport, we feel better. We sleep better, have more energy, and we are less tired. Sport also helps us to study better because we are more focused. In my opinion, all teenagers should do sport every week. It doesn't matter if you are not the best. The important thing is to try and enjoy. Let's do sport and be happy!
