Condicionales

Condicional Zero: IF + S + Present Simple, S + Present Simple (verdad).

Primer Condicional: IF + S + Present Simple, S + Future WILL / Modal + V (real/posible).

Segundo Condicional: IF + S + Past Simple / 2.ª columna, S + Modal + V-ing / Present (irreal/hipotético).

Tercer Condicional: IF + HAD + V-ed / 3.ª columna, S + MODAL + HAVE + V-ed / 3.ª columna.

Tiempos de Futuro

Will (hacer), Going to (ir a hacer), Be + V-ing (estar haciendo), Present Simple (horarios fijos), Will be + V-ing (estar haciendo en el futuro), Will have + V-ed (habrá hecho).

Tiempos Verbales Resumidos

Present Simple: is/are, was/were, infinitivo / 2.ª columna.
Present Continuous: am/is/are + V-ing.
Past Simple: 2.ª columna / did + infinitivo.
Past Continuous: was/were + V-ing.
Present Perfect Simple: have/has + 3.ª columna.
Present Perfect Continuous: have/has been + V-ing.
Past Perfect Simple: had + 3.ª columna.

Voz Pasiva

Ejemplos con el verbo take:

  • Present Simple: I take it → It is taken.
  • Past Simple: I took it → It was taken.
  • Future Simple: I will take it → It will be taken.
  • Present Continuous: I am taking it → It is being taken.
  • Past Continuous: I was taking it → It was being taken.
  • Future Continuous: I will be taking it → It will be being taken.
  • Present Perfect: I have taken it → It has been taken.
  • Past Perfect: I had taken it → It had been taken.
  • Future Perfect: I will have taken it → It will have been taken.
  • Going to: I am going to take it → It is going to be taken.
  • Modal: I must take it → It must be taken.
  • Modal Perfect: I must have taken it → It must have been taken.

Verbos Modales

Presente y futuro

CAN: habilidad, permiso, posibilidad, sugerencia (Present Simple).
BE ABLE TO: habilidad, posibilidad.
CAN'T: imposibilidad, prohibición, incredulidad.
COULD: habilidad, petición, sugerencia, posibilidad (educado, pasado).
MAY / MIGHT: posibilidad.
MAY: petición educada, permiso, posibilidad.
SHOULD: consejo, opinión.
NEED TO: necesidad, obligación.
HAVE TO: necesidad, obligación (= must + flexible).
MUST: obligación, creencia (Present Simple).
MUSTN'T: prohibición.
DON'T HAVE TO / NEEDN'T: falta de obligación, innecesario (no hace falta).
WOULD: petición formal, ofrecimiento (educado).

Perfecto

COULD HAVE: podrían haber.
CAN'T / COULDN'T HAVE: no habrá podido.
MAY / MIGHT HAVE: quizás / podría haber.
MUST HAVE: debe haber / debería haber sido.
SHOULD HAVE: habrías debido haber.
SHOULDN'T HAVE: no habrías debido haber.
WOULD HAVE: habrían.
