Subject: Sensory Workshop in the 1–2 Classroom

Dear Mr. Felipe,

We are happy to inform you that next Wednesday, May 15th, we will be holding a sensory workshop in our classroom with all the children aged 1 to 2. These kinds of activities are essential to stimulate their senses and support their cognitive and emotional development in a fun and safe environment.

The workshop will take place from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. On that day, we kindly ask you to:

  • Dress your child in comfortable clothes that can get messy, as we will be using materials such as paint, water, and sand.
  • Bring a full change of clothes, a small towel, and a bib if needed.
  • Make sure all items are clearly labeled with your child’s name.

We are confident this will be a meaningful and fun experience for the little ones. Thank you very much for your continued support and cooperation. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Warm regards,

Carla Losa
Nursery Teacher (1–2 years)

Subject: Workshop: Exploring Through Play

Dear Mr./Mrs.,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a special workshop we will be holding in our classroom called “Exploring through Play.” It will take place on Thursday, May 16th, at 10:00 a.m. at our nursery school.

This activity is designed to encourage your child’s development through hands-on, sensory exploration. We will be working with materials such as flour, toy animals, spoons of different sizes, and storybooks. The children will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore different textures.
  • Develop their fine motor skills.
  • Engage in logical thinking.

Since this is a messy and sensory-based activity, we kindly ask that you dress your child in comfortable clothes that can get dirty and include a change of clothes in their backpack.

If you have any questions or would like to contribute materials, feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your continued trust and collaboration.

Warm regards,

Andrea Aguas
Teacher
