RESUMEN: Basil was a painter and he painted/ was painting a portrait of Dorian Gray who was a handsome young man. Doriam met Lord Henry at Basil's studio and he influenced Dorian. Basil liked the portrait. Howeber Dorian didn't like it and he took the the portrait to his house.

Dorian started to go out with Lord Henry. Once he met an actress (Sibyl Vane) and he wanted to married her. One day her performane was terrible and Dorian was very cruel with her. Then she took some poison and died. Dorian was worried for Sibyl, but Lord Henry conviced him that il wasn't his fault. After this Dorian's portrait started tp change and he looked ugly and cruel in it.

For a long time he was going to parties and he had a bad reputation. Basil went to see him ti talk about this and Dorian killed him. Then, Dorian called Allan Campbell who was a scientist and he made dissapeared Basil's body.

One night he was walking and a man was following him. The man was James Vane (Sibyl's brother) and he wanted to kill him . Dorian escaped but a few days later he saw James in the window of his house. For a week Dorian didn't go out but Lord Henry convinced him to organize a shooting party. By mistake they kiiled a man (he was James Vane) and Dorian felt safe. However Dorian didn't feel very happy and he wanted to change. He went to see the portrait but there wasn't any change in it. Then Dorian wanted to destroy the portrait and he died. The servants found him on the floor. He was very old and ugly and the portrait showed him young and handsome.

Dorian at beginning was a handsome young boy with a good heart, he was an inocent person. He started to change under Lord Henry's influence. Dorian became cruel and he didn't shoy any emotions. He didn't believe in anything and he didn't care about anyone. He was a always young, he never became old. At the end Dorian's Face changed a lot. His face was ugly and his eyes evil.

At the beginning the portrait showed a handsome young man with dark curly hair and bright blue eyes. At the end the portrait showed a different man. Dorian's face was ugly and his eyes evil.

Dorian's mother was Lady Margaret. A beautiful woman who got married with a soldier. Dorian's father died in a duel and a few months later died his mother. Then his grand father Lord Kelso looked after dorian.

Lord Henry was 40 years old, 10 years older than Basil. He was older than Dorian and he was an aristocrat. He didn't believe in anything and he didn't care about anyone. He only saw the bad in everything and ridiculed the good. Nothing was important to him and he spent his life going to parties and drinking. He had a bad life and was a bad influence for a young man like Dorian.

Basil: He was painter. He painted Dorian Gray's portrait. He was 10 years younger than Lord Henry. His two best friends were Lord Henry and Dorian. He didn't agree with Dorian's  marriage. He felt sorry for Dorian because he was changing a lot. He was a good friend but Dorian killed him.
