Estructuras Condicionales en Inglés
Los condicionales expresan situaciones posibles o hipotéticas. Estos son los cuatro tipos principales:
Zero Conditional
Estructura: if + subject + present simple + subject + present simple
Ejemplo: If you heat ice, it melts.
Se usa para hechos generales y verdades científicas.
First Conditional
Estructura: if + subject + present simple + subject + future simple
Ejemplo: If I miss the bus, I will take a taxi.
Se usa para situaciones reales y posibles en el futuro.
Second Conditional
Estructura: if + subject + past simple + subject + would + infinitive
Ejemplo: If you wore that dress, you would look great.
Se usa para situaciones hipotéticas o improbables en el presente o futuro.
Third Conditional
Estructura: if + subject + past perfect (had + participle) + subject + would have + participle
Ejemplo: If you had worn that dress, you would have looked great.
Se usa para situaciones hipotéticas en el pasado que no ocurrieron.
