Present Simple: Fundamentos de la Acción Cotidiana

El Present Simple (Presente Simple) se utiliza para describir hábitos, rutinas, hechos generales, verdades universales y acciones que ocurren regularmente.

Conjugación del Present Simple

La conjugación de los verbos en Present Simple varía ligeramente para la tercera persona del singular (He, She, It).

Sujeto	Conjugación
I, You, We, They	talk, eat, learn, watch, do, go...
He, She, It	talks, eats, learns, watches, does, goes...

Oraciones Afirmativas (_Affirmative Sentences_)

La estructura básica para las oraciones afirmativas en Present Simple es:

Sujeto + Verbo principal

• Ej. I talk (Yo hablo)
• Ej. He eats (Él come)
• Ej. They learn (Ellos aprenden)

Oraciones Negativas (_Negative Sentences_)

Oració Substantiva

Fa totes les funcions.

Estructura:

• Que (conjunció) + preposició: M'entusiasma que m'ho diguis.
• De + infinitiu: Hem decidit casar-nos el mes vinent.
• Oració interrogativa indirecta: M'agradaria entendre quines raons tens.
• Oració substantiva de relatiu: Volia tot allò que veia.

Oració Adjectiva

Equival a un adjectiu, el qual fa referència a un antecedent. Sempre fa la funció de complement del nom.

Nexe: Són pronoms relatius i fan referència a l'antecedent.

Els pronoms fan funció de (totes).

Estructura:

• Que: La notícia que m'has donat...
• Prep + que: El tema de què he de parlar avui m'angoixa.
• Prep + qui: El poema de qui vaig parlar-te m'ha escrit.
