Present simple:Sujeto + presente del verbo to be + verbo principal en participio pasivo.
El Present simple se usa para acciones habituales y verdades generales.
Ejemplo:Manuela is taught English two days a week. ( by Richard )
Past simple:Sujeto + pasado del verbo to be + verbo principal en participio pasivo.
Nota:El past simple de to be es Was singular – Were Plural. ( Dependiendo del sujeto. )
El Past simple se usa para acciones que están terminadas.
Present continuous:Sujeto + presente continuo de to be + verbo principal en participio pasivo.
Nota:El present continuos de to be es Am being - Is being - are being. ( Dependiendo del sujeto )
El Present continuous se usa para las acciones que están trascurriendo en el momento en que estamos hablando.

El modal can, como el verbo español poder, indica una posibilidad o una capacidad.
Afirm. Sujeto+can+verbo infin.(sin to)+ complementos.
El modal could indica una posibilidad o una capacidad en el pasado.
Afirm. Sujeto+could+verbo infin.(sin to)+complementos.
Los modales may y might son sinónomos y indican una acción que puede pasar en el futuro.
Afirm. Sujeto+may/might+have+past participe del verbo principal.

El modal must indica obligación.
Afirm. Sujeto+must+verbo infin.(sin to)+complementos.
Los modales should y ought indican una obligación por la cual la resulta no es cierta. Should y ought son sinónomos.
Afirm. Sujeto+should/ought+verbo infin.(sin to)+complementos.

I/He/She/It= was

They/we/you=were

1.- Si se hacen dos cosas a la vez se ponen las dos en pasado continuo y para separarlas se pone while

2.- Si se hace una cosa y te interrumpe una cosa mas pequeña, y luego sigues con la misma, la primera en pasado continuo, y la corta en simple, se unen con when.

3.- Si se hace una cosa y despues vas a hacer otra, las dos en simple y se unen con then

Pasado simpleSe le añade ed al final, al no ser que sea verbo irregular. Van con did, y solo se pone ed si está en afirmativo.
