Reciclar es cualquier proceso donde los residuos o materiales de desperdicio son recolectados y transformados en nuevos materiales que pueden ser  utilizados o vendidos como nuevos productos o materias primas.

¿Por qué es importante reciclar?  Se pueden salvar grandes cantidades de recursos naturales no renovables cuando en los procesos de producción se utilizan materiales reciclados. Los recursos renovables, como los árboles, también pueden ser salvados. La utilización de productos reciclados disminuye el consumo de energía.

En el aspecto financiero, podemos decir que el reciclaje puede generar muchos empleos. Se necesita una gran fuerza laboral para recolectar los materiales aptos para el reciclaje y para su clasificación.

I´m going to talk about, why do I think that students should spend one year abroad. From my point of view, this topic is very important because I am interested in doing it and a lot of people too. I would like to study one year abroad.

 First, I think that for the students is very important and it is very popular between the university’s students. University people often are very interested. When they are in second or third year of their degrees, they usually go to another country to study there and learn English (or another language) very well. Voy a hablar de salud y fitness.
Para tener una buena salud hay que comer alimentos saludables y realizar actividades deportivas.
El ejercicio ayuda al cuerpo a crecer fuerte. El cuidado de ti mismo te mantendrá en forma y saludable.
Para mantenerse sano también tiene que hacer ejercicios físicos, por ejemplo, usted puede ir a un gimnasio y conocer gente nueva o si lo prefiere estar solo te puedes quedar en casa y utilizar una bicicleta estática.
Es necesario para su salud comer cinco frutas al día. También tienes que comer más verduras y tienes que intenta no comer mucha carne. Hay que evitar el consumo de comida rápida.
