I am an early bird because I like waking up very early in the morning. I usually get up at six o’clock and eat breakfast with my family. I feel very good in the morning because my mind is more active than in the afternoon.

After that, I sometimes go for a walk or I do exercise at home. In the morning I can study or do my homework with more concentration. I like this time because it is calm and quiet, and I can do many things.

Also, being an early bird has many advantages. I can finish my homework early and have more free time for hobbies or playing outside. But sometimes it is difficult because I get very tired in the evening and I can’t stay up late with my friends or watch TV.
