Derechos Humanos

Hoy en día, la mayoría de los países con gobiernos comunistas han sufrido una gran miseria. Existen países como China, Cuba y Venezuela donde una parte de la población vive en penurias mientras otra se beneficia de su sufrimiento. En estos países, donde el Estado controla todo, la libertad de expresión y los derechos humanos están limitados.

Corea del Norte, China y Cuba son claros ejemplos del comunismo, y muchos de ellos continúan en la actualidad. En Cuba, iniciado por Fidel Castro, se evidencia la falta de derechos de la población, que en muchos casos no tiene un mínimo garantizado. Muchas personas emigran a otros países.

AVOIDING PLAGIARISM

• Three ways to use other’s work in our own:

  • Summarizing: reduce entire work and its main ideas to one or two sentences; significantly shorter.

  • Paraphrase: use your own words to give details, examples or secondary ideas from a work; almost equal in length.

  • Quote: use the author’s exact words to give very specific details or examples; exact same length (unless you elide some information, in which case use “[...]”).

    • Specific vocabulary or idea that is difficult to paraphrase.
